No matter what questions I asked, you immediately returned a reply. You took the time to make sure that I ordered the right shoe size. I am really, really pleased with the product and with the consumer service I received. Even when I thought I was having difficulty fastening my shoe - I immediately emailed Up2Step and they assured me there was something they could attempt to do to resolve what concerned me.
