Jezza rocks.
Jezza was extremely helpful, understanding, considerate and kind throughout my experience with Empress Mimi. She was willing to try to adjust my order's size after I placed it even though it was a long shot and was calm and kind to me when I got impatient and confused about the way my order arrived. I could not be more pleased with my experience and I would highly recommend giving Jezza a raise if I am allowed. Jezza was exceptional and truly made me feel like an empress. I will be recommending this company to all my friends and will be returning when I need something elegant.
