Bait and switch !
Bait and switch ! This is very disappointing as it was the PEFECT Christmas gift for my girlfriend. And the website has so many more gift I could get her in January for her birthday! Literally the nicest looking handbags that are in this price range. Then it all went to hell.... The item was in stock online, so I bought it. Very soon after I received an email it suddenly wasn't available, but they could send me the style in some other sizes that were random. I said "NO" to switching TWICE and then demanded a refund. I want the exact item I selected and paid for. Why would I rather have something else? It still says in stock by the way! Do not trust these people! Yes I REFUSED a different size of the product. I want exactly what is pictured and what I had paid for. Yes I will REFUSE other items then the one that I chose and purchased. It said "in stock" for hours later of the SAME item and SAME SKU every time I checked back. Don't spit on my cupcake and tell me it's frosting. Unacceptable. REFUSE to be bait and switched! This is not up to anyone's "standards" especially when I am buying a handbag for over $300. So you permanently lost a customer. Your website should be accurate and customers should be able to get exactly what they want and pay for.
