Do not order from this company! You will regret it! Wrong items delivered, bad packaging, terrible quality, no customer care, no option of refund or legal support. I have been chasing them since November 2025 to get a refund for receiving the wrong items, which were damaged on top of it! and this is going nowhere!
Do not order from this company! My experience with Litfad has been terrible! I ordered 3 bar stools and some ceiling lights. After waiting for more than 3 months, I received 3 DIFFERENT bar stools, in addition two of them were damaged due to bad packing. And the ceiling lights are not working. And the items do no look like the pictures... Poor quality! I had exchanged over 60 emails top claim a refund which they decline...
