Awful Customer Service
Have not given me any updates regarding my order. It has still yet to be sent and I ordered over a month ago. Absolutely ridiculous. Avoid the scam company at all cost. Edit: After WEEKS of sending emails with no response, I finally escalated to PayPal. They had the nerve to drag this process out for another full month and trying to give PayPal the run around. Appalling. Finally got my money back from these scammers, they had never shipped the item out in the first place. "We're a small company" - sure, but you're big scammers.
