Useless company
Useless company, just as everyone has written down I've got the same complaint that they never answer their phones or deliver the package. I'm not sure why Singapore Post is using such a useless company who lie and put on their website that they have delivered the package. They don't realise that it is 2024 and we've got cameras everywhere watching for the parcels and no parcels get delivered from this company apparently. AliExpress does not help much as there tracking number shows that it has been delivered, seller from AliExpress say the same thing that contact your local post as it shows delivered. I've been struggling with this for the past two weeks trying to get my order which for whatever reason went through this highly dodgy company. Not sure why it is so hard for them to just make a phone call when the phone numbers are written on the parcels if they are unable to find the address. I would give them 0 stars if there was a possibility. As of now I'm out of pocket for about $150.
