Try citylink because I have no trusted in small companies, but ended up it is the one who messed up. Ship my parcel at 11th to sarawak for a customer’s events in 20th. Now already 19th I still don’t where my parcel is, called them countless time they themselves don’t know the answer, scold them like hell but my parcel still don’t manage to move. Say will call me back but no. And now I am hanging like a cow don’t know what can I do, keep on refresh the status but nothing, called their 24hours contact no ones want to pick up
