Not legit travel agency of Traveloka
I booked air tickets from Perth to KL via Skyscanner and went to Traveloka via website. I put all my details and went to pay section. There is pay via Pay ID and submit payment as soon as it appears. I know pay ID took a while to appear and issue air ticket booking. After 7 hours, I contacted to customer service and they stated they haven’t received payment. It is very weird and this pay ID is created by their website. I am sure this company , you need to be careful and this is my first time of booking with bad experience. I am sure this travel agency is not legit at all.
