Unfortunately, the product did not meet my expectations. Despite following all instructions, it failed to recover the videos I needed. Here are the ; issues 1. The recovery process did not retrieve any of the lost videos I recorded, which was the primary reason for my purchase. 2. Some unrelated WhatsApp statuses and browser videos were recovered instead. 3. The attempt to unlock the screen with a pattern on a different phone was also unsuccessful.
