Super easy to use
We have never used Uber before this past week when we had a cancelled airline trip and were given an airline voucher for transportation at 3:00 am as the only option to get to a hotel. It was easy to use the app, we felt safe doing so in an unfamiliar area and actually made 4 additional trips within a couple of days. Uber will be our new go-to for rides to/from the airport. (I might add that we are in our mid-70s and not the most tech savvy.)
