So many failings
Purchased a 'FLEXTAIL TINY REPEL- 3-in-1 Mosquito Repellent with Camping Lantern' which failed. Contacted Flextail authorised supplier (in Australia) who ghosted me and didn't even bother to acknowledge my claim, despite the fact I purchased from them. Contacted Flextail directly and advised I wasn't getting any response from their Australian distributor - they said there was nothing they could do ... Tried again with Australian distributor - still nothing. I understand products fail but the lack of communication, any sort of warranty and dismal after-sales 'service' by Flextail is unprofessional and unscrupulous.
