Lack of customer support
I trialled the product the second I got it, it's unfortunate I haven't experienced the same positive outcomes as other users. I do however know, products like these won't work for everyone. I tried using it in different ways, always steamed my face and tried both slow and faster motions on my skin, but im still getting bruises around my face even on the lowest setting. I've not seen an overall or gradual improvement. I wouldn't dream of leaving a bad review, i'm sure it is a great product and I totally see the value and benefits of it - it's unfortunately just not for me. I decided to purchase this because of the money back guarantee. I've contacted the support team over the last 11 days, no response, but i can see responses to reviews here... Im not sure why this is happening. Can you please set me up so i can return the product and get a refund?
