Amazing post-sale experience!
Got a DJI Neo a couple of months back. Super experience and easy to use but it... flew away! I used the form in DJI's platform to activate the insurance and I couldn't have had a better experience. Clear instructions, amazing deadlines, and got called but customer care to know if everything went well and if I got the drone back in good conditions. Really nice touch and super careful.
