From the start of the call Gilbert’s willingness to help me get a seat assigned was the true customer service that is hard to find nowadays. His professional demeanor really gave me confidence to travel in the future being handicapped, as my husband and I travel. We will not forget this website for us as we get older. It is so important to find true help through people that embody the true meaning of customer service and kindness. Thank you for having Gilbert simplify true customer service excellence.
