Great product with great customer service
Summary for the brand and purchase experience: Definitely will have future purchases! Had ordered two bags and a wallet from them even though I was skeptical since there weren't many reviews or info available regarding the brand. However, the customer service over at their social medias were prompt (during business hours of course) and very polite to all my inquiries! They had made the whole purchasing experience smooth and pleasant, the delivery had some issues with the tracking but they did their best in assisting it as well and the parcel arrived within a week! The items had arrived in perfect condition, but the gift box I had purchased as an add-on had been damaged, contacted them again and were compensated in a timely manner too (was really surprised of that). Regarding the product itself, the silk-made is what caught my eye and the quality is definitely there, prices also are way reasonable for what you get. Again, will definitely revisit their store and purchase more in the future
