I used to be in PRO+ trader only here and then they ran into issues with tradeovate in February and now they have created all these new programs PRO+ development in February I had 15 winning trading days with 2 PRO ACCOUNTS making 10k a day and Takeprofit has never put me back in PRO+ … now they’ve put me back in PRO+ development instead which the program sucks but I’ll explain why they take weeks for them to make the program active… they aren’t letting me trade PRO anymore automatically putting me in PRO+ development once they activate the accounts after 2-3 weeks these inefficient people in customer service don’t make sure your account works. Every time I try to trade in this new program it says it needs a market data subscription I asked how to fix this issue tradeovate says it’s on TakeProfitTraders end to fix the subscription issue of why I can’t place a trade after 3 weeks of waiting for my account…. When write them a ticket they only now put my messages to customer service in PRO+ where they take a week or more To reply they haven’t fixed the issue yet it’s 9am NY time and my accounts aren’t here only 1 is active the other 4 are on hold nobody is doing anything to fix these issues from what I see they develop ideas for trades and when they’re software or communication issues occur they just leave you out to dry…it doesn’t even make sense as to why they don’t let me trade PRO while they actually fix these issues but you know the firm just is getting worse and worse… they’re probably going to reply to this with some generic response… but they really aren’t fixing these issues they really aren’t replying or being fair to me.
