bait and switch. No returns.
We ordered and paid for the Elehear Beyond hearing aids from their website. They advertise translation features, tinnitus canceling, and other notable features. The model we recieved can't do any of those things. They claim that model advertised is not yet available. Yet it's the one that Adds to Cart. Their website boasts they accept returns for 45 days but they do not. We have tried 3 times and they refuse to provide the Return form they require to process the return. So the Return offer is a joke. Find somewhere else. Can't believe these guys.
