Unreliable
A simple gap to be closed between two teeth took one treatment plan and 4 refinements! It's been almost one year, I am still waiting for the next plan to be designed because they have pushed many other teeth alignment off without actually addressing the issue (original plan was 2.5 months, 7 sets only). Many issues came out in the refinement treatments including communication on follow ups, and quality control on their aligners before sending. Frustrating and painful. Strongly advise against unless you are open to take such risks. I was previously with zenyum and had to fix the tooth rotation issue - that's why I signed with DCA.
