I have been following Jake's incredible advice for almost a year now. He is a wealth of excellent knowledge about myopia and is kind enought to share it with all of us. I have already ordered reduced prescription glasses and have been following his guidance. I can see 20/20 on most days with them. I have my next eye exam next month and can't wait to see the results.
