Long story short, I was on the gram saw the advert wanted to know how much costs would be to uk and next thing I’d signed up to a subscription and order the trail pack, still had no idea how !! User error I expect. Within five minutes I’d contacted customers within minutes couldn’t stop the parcel but cancelled the subscription and would take package back when delivered (at my cost reason for four stars). Have received refund and am very thankful.
