Lack of customer support
No doubt the whole concept of product leasing is great to help save the environment. However the lack of customer support is abysmal. The only way to reach them at the start for support is via email. And when they finally WhatsApp you, it’s just full of standard replies and slow response. For the date of ordering to receiving, you have 0 inclination of when the phone is coming until 1 day before it’s arriving. Reached out to make delivery arrangement but no response at all. Wanted to check with the courier company directly but realised no tracking number was provided.
