Authentic batteries with great customer service
The battery was authentic and worked excellently well. I was very pleased with the customer service, as they double-checked my laptop model (to ensure that I did not purchase the wrong battery part) before shipment. The item was packed securely before it was shipped out promptly. Very nice shopping experience and will definitely buy my batteries from them again if the need arises.
