Shoes were too tight and were too small for men’s shoe's. They looked like woman’s shoes. I tried to exchange them, but they said “ Dear Customer, Thank you for your contact. We are sorry that you don't want to keep the package. I want to say that our products are affordable and of guaranteed quality. We have passed multiple quality inspections before shipment, and this package has been delivered to you. If you really don't want this package, you can give it as a gift to your family or friends, and they will surely like it. To show our sincerity, we can provide you with a 15% refund as compensation”. this was after they first asked me for pictures of the label and the shoes to see if they would accept an exchange and all that was was a crock of shit and I’m glad I paid with PayPal and a credit card so hopefully I have some way to recoup my loss and they can have their garbage shoes back. I don’t want them. i’m not going to give them to somebody in my family. Why would I do that to them. Do not order from them.
