Customer service is a terrible
This is a terrible experience, customer service is at -100, replies in correspondence that they are good and doing everything right. I waited 4 business days for a notification about the processing of my order, wrote to them by email, and oh wow, they finally saw my order, and said that they would process it in 72 hours. As a result, it's okay for this company if I receive my order a month after placing the order on their website.
