WORST SITE TO BUY FROM-TOTAL SCAM!!!!!!!!!
I ordered a doll almost 2 months ago and have not received the doll. Tracking was shut off by the seller once it crossed the Canadien border. I have been emailing the company back and forth on a daily basis and I keep getting the same type of emails “please be patient, we are a trusted site, our dolls are made with care” etc…. I have asked for my money back numerous times and the company will not give me my money back even though I have not received the product. The company admits to “no doll is an exact replica of the photo of the chosen doll of purchase”. I am SOOOOOO angry right now, I actually went out of my way today. Spent even more money to buy my daughter, a reborn baby from a trusted company with all the supplies and accessories, which has cost me a lot of money. Witnessing my 6 year old daughter upset the past two months, looking out the window for the delivery truck to find out that it’s not even coming and the lack of care from customer service. This has been such a learning curve for me. This website is a total scam. DO NOT DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!!!!! They will take your money and run and If by chance you do get your package as I’ve read from numerous reviews, the doll will be nothing like the photos and you’ll be left with some creepy looking doll that you probably could’ve gotten better at Walmart for $25. The whole website is a total rip off. Don’t be baited. I’ve honestly cut my losses. I don’t expect my money back anytime soon or if ever in fact, I’ll be blocking their website from even being able to contact me.
