I refuse the payment with my credit card because it was NOT my intention to subscribe an annual plan. But you found a way to bill me 463.89 dollars. I asked AMEX to contact you but you confirmed the payment. This is a scam. I can't get access to the account to see the plan or to unsubscribe. I wrote an email to you.
