False advertising and no refund
Update: My refund has been processed, however I would still not recommend the product. The software to unlock my samsung phone did not obviously state that it would wipe the phone. There's a small blurb at the bottom of the product page stating that fact. But it was not obvious at all. Luckily the software itself does mention this prior to using the product. Wiping the phone is a very simple process and I did not need an app for that. So I attempted to get a refund. I was just informed that my refund request was denied. I never even used the software, this is a scam at best go knows what else they are doing behind the scenes. Stay away from this retailer.
