⭐ Very Disappointed The marketing is very confusing, and I was under the impression that the battery I selected was included with the blower. It was not. I emailed immediately after placing the order, but was told I had to wait until delivery to address it. It has now been 15 days, my card was charged immediately, and I still have not received the blower. There is also no clear way to speak with a real person, while I continue receiving emails from the company. I can’t even review the product itself because I haven’t received it. So far, the ordering process and customer service have been extremely disappointing.
