The item came completely busted and broken. We ordered an atv for our son for Christmas. We paid to have it put together and when it arrived the packaged was broken the headlight was broken, the tires are bent the plastic casings are bent. We are extremely unsatisfied. I have put in a claim and have heard nothing back thus far. I would never recommend purchasing again.
