Frank is Awesom!
Frank has helped me with a purchase of a replacement pump. I bought one from somewhere else and he still offered some support in trying to fix it. I am buying one from Omegasonics now and Frank has been guiding me through the whole process and giving me assurance of support as well, and could not be happier!
