Replaced faulty product immediately.
I purchased a nanoleaf product before reading the customer reviews, and unfortunately received a defective product. Having seen this further on I didn't have high hopes in them fixing the issue with my product. However, customer support were quick to identify the issue and replace the product within a week. Not the best customer support, but certainly not the worst. Product itself is stunning :)
