do NOT buy from this company. the brakes failed after 3 months of use and after an ADDITIONAL 3 months of back and forth with them via email, and threat of a lawsuit, they CLAIM they are sending complete sets of replacement brakes and discs that i will have to pay a bike shop for the repairs. Per the tracking number they emailed me 7 days ago, its still not beem shipped. i should have read the seller RATING (3.9) before buying this bike. the actual bike rating was a 5. My rating and review of their bike will hopefully be heeded by future potential buyers. DO NOT BUY FROM EVERCROSS. BUY AMERICAN!!! It's now been over 5 months of a broken bicycle and over 20 days awaiting the replacement parts. Just receiving promises from evercross. Their emal.litterally said, I PROMISE......
