Company claims hassle free returns on their website…..what a scam!
I purchased the barxbuddy anti-barking device which had no affect on my dog. I contacted the company a couple days after receiving the device as I wanted to return the device for a refund. The company advertisement on its website mentions hassle free return. After contacting the customer service rep by email, the rep offered to give a $15 credit instead of returning the device. I declined the credit and asked for instructions for the return, and no reply from customer service was received. I created a new message to customer service again asking to return the device for a refund….no reply! This company in my opinion is a complete fraud ans their advertising states hassle free returns. I then checked the reviews something I wish I had done beforehand and learned several others have had similar experiences when they tried to return their product(s). TERRIBLE customer service by this company….DO NOT waste you’re time as their guarantees are worthless!
