Be careful about your deposite.
Be careful when you rent a house from this agency. They cut off 200£ of my deposit. They cited the cleanliness and the presence of some mold in the house as an excuse. However, I cleaned the house before moving out, and I stayed for only 5 months. The molds were already existing when I rented it, but they didn't accept. I have photos of when I moved into the house, but when you zoom in, you can't see well. You can understand how small a thing we are talking about. The property manager was so rude when she contacted me. I hope you will not work with her. I was even willing to accept deductions under £100, but £200 was too much and unfair for a house that I delivered clean and early. I will file a complaint about the cutting off, but I'm unsure if it's worth pursuing, as it won't be easy.
