I’d rather pay thousands out of pocket than deal with this company ever again. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Nickel and diming, incredibly difficult to reach anyone, customer service reps who don’t have answers and continually forget to record conversations in their system. Trained to say no at every turn even when a customer has a negative experience, I.e. no accommodation or making things right.
