Truly a horrid experience. Thought It was a good idea to save 8$ on a gift card but is absolutely not worth the hassle. The card not only didn't work with provided screenshots as proof, the support agent finally got back to me after a week to say there was no problem and their 90 day guarantee only counts on their terms lmao. Filing a chargeback through my bank, they can keep the card
