Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service, I ordered a watch almost 3 weeks ago and paid for the extra rapid delivery to only have the watch delivered to the WRONG COUNTRY. Now I'm in disputes with fedex and this company due to this headache. Absolutely impossible to get a hold of someone that can help. I requested they pat back the delivery charge and instead of doing this they gave me store credit without me even saying I wanted this which is horrible. Would recommend to use other companies as the communication is just horrendous.
