I purchased a bundle set from JOVS and withing 24 hours I requested to cancel my order (per their rules) as I have an emergency that I must attend to which means I will be leaving the country and will not recieve this item(s) at my home. I have written them 3 times with no response. The item has not been shipped yet. I trying to reach them before they do this to not cause additional delays on my refund. Please refund me ASAP!
