Don’t buy directly from Ulanzi
I RETURNED an item I purchased directly through Ulanzi that I never even opened because I found out that it was way more expensive if I purchased similar item through Amazon and USPS tracking says it was delivered over a month ago but Ulanzi says they still have Not gotten it But USPS tracking indicated that it was delivered to the address Ulanzi provided where to return the item. It was only a $39 item and it cost me about $10 to ship/return it back. I’m still waiting for a refund. I will never ever buy directly from Ulanzi ever again if this is how painful to return items back to Ulanzi. Customer service is terrible and you can’t even call them or talk to someone. I’m still waiting for a response inspite of the fact that I already provided to Ulanzi twice the tracking nos, order nos, and all pertinent info they needed. A really terrible customer service!!!
