Theft and Lies…
Purchased baby saber kit for $80 on October 30th for my 1 year old. I have not received my product. Did a PayPal complaint case to get my money back. They finally responded weeks into no response or package. The owner emailed back, sounded sincere & apologized. Said to make it right he would send 2 in the place of one. I have verified emails through Google to prove this. PayPal closed the case saying company responded and would make right. It’s been almost 3 months. Still no package, no response from company. I have had my money stolen from me. No birthday gift for my son. This is a very cruel and low thing to do. I don’t know they sleep at night stealing from people. I wish I could leave a 0 star review. I’m extremely disappointed. Don’t buy from Paul or DX Sabers. The BBB should shut this place down.. EDIT: I was refunded only AFTER making this review. Then was given a “coupon” to purchase from them again. Why in the world would I buy again. When I Never received any product in the 1st place. Reddit is filled with 1,000 similar stories to mine. I also found the exact product unopened on EBay from Disney for $25 w/free shipping. You’re welcome for my candor. The gaslighting and lack of responsibility for this whole fumble of a transaction is appalling. This review has obviously scared the company. Because unlike Google reviews. They can’t pay to have all the bad ones taken down.
