I had an issue with my glasses developing a greenish substance around the metal frame. I contacted Lensmart, and their customer service team listened to my concerns and offered a replacement. Their communication and update were excellent, reassurance and support. I truly appreciate their helpful response and commitment to resolving the issue. I have been a loyal Lensmart customer and, because of the way they handled my complaint, I will continue shopping with them. Excellent customer service—thank you, Lensmart!
