FreshLearn- Buyer Beware
FreshLearn failed to deliver the services promised and paid for and when called to the carpet, refused to refund us. They offered an additional 60 days free, which is irrelevant as we paid for a year upfront and separately for all of our courses to be done. The migration was never completed, which we paid for costing us additional money to keep our current provider despite more than 45 days of repeated assurances. The site never made active nor anything done properly. No accurate or complete work was provided, leaving us with wasted time and disruption. This reflects serious misrepresentation and a breach of trust—we say proceed with caution and buyer beware. They’ll promise you everything and delver nothing and rather than make it right, cause you to have to fight to get your money back as they still haven’t refunded us. Awful, untruthful, and poor company to deal with in our experience. ***Their response is false and buyers should beware!!!
