Wildvoy Highland Cow
Ordered the highland cow as seen in an advert on YouTube. The ad featured a weighted body and hooves as well as a microwavable pouch. What I received however, was more like a dogs chew toy. Nothing at all like what I paid for. I've sent an email and contacted them through their website. Will have to post an update when they get back to me. Edit: They got back to me later that night and offered a 20% refund. Then offered 30%. Then offered 40%. Then offered to refund the cost of the item but not shipping. Then refunded the total cost of item and shipping. Don't let these scam artists get away with ripping you off. Stay calm and call them out on their BS. They will even give you a sob story about them being under a lot of pressure. I put in a complaint with my local government consumer complaints body.
