📺 I bought a Xiaomi TV (S Mini 2025-75) directly from their official online store in August 2025. The product was defective from the start. I returned the TV for repair under warranty, but after 5 months, I still have no functional product and no clear resolution. Xiaomi’s customer service has been a disaster — confusing my case with a phone, giving contradictory shipping updates, and refusing a replacement because I reported the issue “after 45 days” from the invoice. However, the TV was never used: it remained sealed in its box during home renovations. I even have camera footage and ISP proof that the internet installation occurred after the defect was detected. The repair was marked “complete” in early July, but I still received no tracking number, and responses are just generic apologies. ⚠️ If you don’t want to deal with a brand that ignores you for months, even when you buy directly from their website, stay away from Xiaomi.
