Good, but could be Great
Pre-trip communications were adequate. Nice help booking accompanying airfare. Great guide … now a wonderful friend…she was highly organized / efficient, TOTALLY committed to ensuring the group had a wonderful experience, and planned (and led) several great “free time” activities. Itinerary (Switzerland / Northern Italy Lakes) was a bit weak for the St. Moritz portion. Post-tour, we visited Lucerne on our own and found it to offer a much better Swiss lakeside city with history, culture, ample breadth of activities, etc.
