My daughter ordered a wig with this company. She spent $200 on the wig and they sent the wrong wig. She contacted them asking to get the correct wig. The wig she ordered was supposed to be 24 inches and 250 density, she received an18 in low density wig. Customer service told her to straighten the wig they sent so it would be longer. Then, they admitted to her that they sent the wrong wig but want her to pay for shipping to send the wig back and if she doesn’t receive a refund to contact her bank. My youngest daughter loves the wig. She wants to buy the exact same wig but this company is so shady she’s afraid to purchase from it. Please go else where to spend your money. This company doesn’t respect the their customers and tries at every turn to cheat their customers out of their money.
