Due to an mistake on my side, I did not receive the parcel with my replacement earphone from Audiospare. The exceptionally friendly and solution-orientated colleagues from the Audiospare service team did their best to help me!!! :) At the end I received my replacement well packaged and my Sony xm4 run like the first day.
