Selling Faulty Products
They sold me a Faulty UFC-1 Controller. The USB-C Port had not been properly attached to the Motherboard of the UFC, meaning after ony a couple days of use it would eventually fall out, a problem reported by other customers. Contacted support over this, they didn't offer any refund, just "$20" off if I wanted to but it again. The Product costed $200 including shipping. Absolute scam. Do not be tempted by their prices in comparison to other simware companies.
