Faulty product, rude customer service and no refund!!
Ordered a scooter in June which worked for 3 weeks then started overheating and switching off during use. I requested a replacement/ refund via email which was told rudely to ‘take to repair centre’ … no even a hello, just one line! even though was under warranty as advertised! They then stopped all responding. I opened a case via PayPal, a returns label was provided which I returned the item to ‘hookies scooters’ in Preston. I had to drive 1hr 30mins to a parcel force drop off point and this was delivered via tracked parcel force the 31st July. I am still waiting for a refund nearly a month later, Hookie Scooters and Aovo will not respond to any correspondence and will not update to PayPal that it has been received. Only buy a item if your happy for it to be faulty within weeks of use, expect 0 customer service and if your willing to wait forever for a refund with constant checks to see if it has been actioned. AVOID!!!
