Ordered in Oct, still nothing
Placed an order in October, it's now nearly mid-December and no item. Allegedly it shipped over a month ago but tracking never updated. Customer service responses indicate they will not process a refund so I will report as fraud to my credit card. I knew better than to give them a try, but really liked the item against my better judgment. Bottom line, DO NOT BUY! it looks like some people have gotten their items and are happy with them, but it's not worth the risk imo.
